Do you know someone who lights up the lives of others, even when their own days feel a little cold?
Thanks to the support from our Good Wood suppliers, Waikiwi Wood and Coal and Wholesale Firewood, we’re giving away three loads of free dry firewood to deserving Invercargill or Gore households — and we need your help to find them!
Whether it's a neighbour with a heart of gold, a family going through a tough time, or someone who simply deserves a little extra warmth this winter — nominate them today and help us bring the glow back to their home.
Terms and conditions
Entries will only be accepted via the online entry form below and close on Sunday 21 June. Nominees must live within the Invercargill or Gore airsheds. Delivery will be organised directly with the winners. Visit www.es.govt.nz/air to learn more about airsheds.
Photographs of the winners will be taken with Environment Southland councillors, staff and Good Wood suppliers at the time of delivery and be used for promotional purposes.
